IFD Tool & Hotfix didn't work.

So I imported an organization last week into our CRM 4 system and noticed a few days ago that imports were sitting in "submitted" status under imports. So I looked under system jobs and the 3 import operations were "waiting". I also noticed that 3 Matchcode Updates were listed under the 'Locked System Jobs' view. Something I probaly shouldn't have done is try to pause them because they got stuck in "Pausing" status and still are.
After reading about this bug on various posts about workflows/imports/etc not working after importing an organization I followed through with the fixes. I used the IFD Tool to make sure my domains were set correctly, which they are. Then I applied the hotfix(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950680). Rebooted the system and the I am in the same boat. The 3 matchcode update jobs are still "Pausing" and imports won't run. I get an error about the jobs status has changed and I should refresh when I try to delete/postpone/pause/resume the jobs so they are stuck there not letting any other jobs run.
I am not sure if this is related or not, but noticed it while digging around the deployment manager. Under Servers our CRM server is listed, but the status is "Disabled". Though our crm system is up and running. If I recall this should say enabled. I'm a little afraid to touch it during the day as it might disable it, but might try it tonight.

I appreciate any ideas you might have.
Thanks!

it definitely should be enabled. You will get some weird errors until you enable it. You may also want to check this out http://www.sadev.co.za/node/155
